JESUS IS THE HEAD OF THE CHURCH.
WE’RE ONE unified TEAM.

Under Jesus, this group of believers is led by a team of elders. They’re men elected by the congregation because their walk matches their talk. Elders are shepherds of the flock, guiding them, protecting them, and nourishing them.

You might notice that other than Jesus, there is no one person in charge. Instead, we share responsibility, a mutual calling, and the same Spirit.

We are serious about being the Church of Jesus Christ to Harriman, Tennessee and we are very involved in our community.

We serve hundreds of families in our community every month in our food pantry called Feeding Roane food pantry by First Christian Church. We hand out thousands of pounds of groceries every Friday from 12pm-1pm and we provide everyone with a hot meal as well.

We have plans in the very near future of opening a school, a hotel, starting a celebratory recovery program and a jail ministry. We are just waiting for God to bring us the people who are passionate and equipped for these ministries.
